This is Jacob (Blue Belt) attacking Brian (Brown Belt).  Brian defends with Four Corner Throw, Wrist Turn-Out, and Hip Throw basic techniques. Hapkido training involves two people taking turns attacking and then defending.  One time you get thrown, and the next time you get to throw!  We always enjoy both throwing and being thrown
