Modern people advise to place aside personal achievements. By placing themselves on a pedestal, people draw criticism, enemies and become a target for elimination.

Nature may have been the mother of all the living and breathing, but she does not overbear her glory. It may become lonely at times to not acclaim one's triumphs. However, without acclaim, one will forever be with peace and satisfaction in heart. Compared to the tribulations brought by the pompous, the joys brought by the humble are as beautiful as the fall sunset.
